Lolly's a strong visual communicator with a sharp awareness of cultural trends and a keen ear for music, always keeping diversity and inclusion at the forefront. She works across the creative and production departments to shape the look and feel of campaigns and shoots, bringing concepts to life, from visual research and ideation to talent commissioning and post-production.
Lolly is adept at collaborating with directors, editors and creative teams to develop and visually communicate briefs. Her experience spans 14 years across both agency and production, including 7 years in in-house production.
