Rhia Douty
Casting Researcher
Rhia is a BAFTA award winning TV Producer with a wealth of experience casting real people. She has discovered a range of characters - from the UK's first female lab-meat scientist to an Aussie cheesemaker who now fronts his own BBC series - and she champions diverse representation on screen. Handling sensitive topics with care, Rhia finds the heart in every story while also drawing out humour from contributors. She is a deft story producer, a skilled interviewer and specialises in beautifully crafted content.
Rhia has worked across the breadth of TV production, including sourcing locations, setting up shoots, producing on location and in the edit. She also has experience project managing brand activations and live events for some of the UK's leading brands and institutions.
