Frank started his career at a television production company, where he worked as a researcher and editor of mood films. He later joined Carnage / Rogue, working on all manner of TV treatments, mood edits, and straight-to-client pitch documents before moving on to commercials treatments. Working as a Director, I also often write and create my own treatments.
