Francesca Walker
Production Manager
As an accomplished Production Manager and Junior Producer, I have extensive domestic and international experience across multiple media formats, including commercial, documentaries, branded content, long-form projects, fashion and still photography. I have worked at every stage of production, from ideation to post-production, for global brands and platforms.
Production to me, is the perfect intersection of creativity and strategic thinking. Starting my career in Sydney, I worked my way up from front of house, refining a hardworking and positive approach. As a result, I know each level of our work intimately, and excel in bidding, budgeting, and wrapping projects of all sizes. My calm demeanour and positive energy also make me adept at leading crews of varying sizes and managing diverse personalities with ease.
In addition to my technical skills, I am passionate about mentoring junior crew, have implemented production pipelines, and built lasting relationships with world-renowned directors.
All combined with my educational background, equips me to thrive in the ever-changing dynamic environment that is the world of producing great content - whether that be 30 seconds, 30 minutes, or 30 hours.
