Kieran Jay is an experienced casting director with his deepest roots in London. Over the past two decades, he has honed his expertise in casting and model sourcing. Beginning his career in the early 2000s, Kieran immersed himself in street-casting, traversing the streets of London to engage with individuals and offer them opportunities to participate in diverse campaigns. His approach has consistently provided brands and advertisers with a refreshing array of non-conventional faces for their shoots and campaigns.

Kieran Jay's journey into the realm of casting commenced from his days on the other side of the camera. Having been cast as a model at a young age, he gained valuable insight and experienced the industry from within. Giving him a personal perspective that he would continue to develop.

However, his ambition extended beyond his modeling career. He transitioned into the role of a junior booker at his agency, ascending to the position of a fully-fledged booker. Managing, the careers of various models at several London-based agencies. This dual experience, both in front and behind the camera, helped him develop a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the industry.

Driven by his passion for authenticity and relatability in casting, Kieran founded IAM, an agency dedicated to providing the industry with a diverse and authentic roster of models. Under his leadership, IAM has thrived, consistently delivering a wide selection of talent that resonates with audiences and meets the evolving demands of the industry.
